A spontaneous vision of Provence. Bright reds and luminous whites; with Syrah, Grenache and Carignan on one side and Viognier on the other, minerality and gourmet flavours for the first, fruit and freshness for the second. Incredibly moving simplicity and honesty.
  1. Bastide de la Verrerie White

    Bastide de la Verrerie White

This is a wine for the here and now, it steps along the pathway of experiences and crosses the cool river of contented days. It is the epitome of a new spring day in Provence that opens its arms with an offering of flowers and fruit, picked from the fragrant meadows and from trees overflowing with sap. It is Viognier alone that can unfurl its floral liveliness and apricot character.

The first sensation is ample and generous with great fullness. The mid-palate is fresher with noticeable pleasant fruity notes reminiscent of apricot. The finish is enveloping and incredibly fleshy.
A crystalline and brilliant robe that is pale yellow in colour tinged with some golden reflections.
Subtle at the first nose, which exhales floral and apricot notes. Upon aeration, the wine becomes more forthcoming, revealing a delicate hint of lemon verbena and a mineral note.

    Grenache - Syrah - Carignan
Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan benefit from the same care, the same attention from enlightened growers as their celebrated elders, it is only geology that separates them and gives them more lightness. The rigorous double grape selection is the guarantee of freshness, crispness and immediate spontaneity. This is an honest wine with notes of liquorice and fresh violets. An invigorating Mediterranean breeze.

The attack is clean and full; mouth-watering, soft and velvety. The black fruit notes are intense and precise. The harmony expressed by the subtle tannins and overall freshness exudes typical Rhone character definition.
Clear and very bright garnet appearance with bigarreau cherry glints.
Clean and classic with a combination of black berries, plums and stone fruit. It then takes on a liquorice-infused balsamic character with a salty edge.
