The applicable GTC are those available on the Website on the date of purchase of the Ticket. Château La Verrerie reserves the right to adapt or modify the GTC, it being stated that changes to the GTC shall apply only to ticket purchases made after their date of entry into force as indicated on the Website.
ARTICLE 2: DEFINITIONS
All the terms defined below starting with an uppercase letter, whether they are used in the singular or in the plural, shall have the following meanings in the context of the GTC:
“Tickets”: means any request to visit Château La Verrerie. These terms shall also be used as the basis for the reservation of special events such as the organisation of group visits or private events in the Château.

ARTICLE 3: PURCHASE TERMS
3.1 - PURCHASE PROVISIONS
3.1.1 Opening a personal account
For any initial order, the customer must first create a personal account and fill out the registration form provided for this purpose on the “create an account” tab of the Website.
Opening a personal account includes, in particular, entering two (2) identifiers: an email address and a password.
The Customer undertakes to complete the registration form taking care to give the necessary, complete and accurate information and, if necessary, to update it in the event of subsequent changes.
The Customer's identifiers are personal and must be kept confidential. The Customer shall refrain from disclosing them to a third party or transferring them.
The Customer is responsible for the use of his identifiers and, if necessary, it is his responsibility to immediately inform Château La Verrerie in writing of any use of his identifiers made without his knowledge so that Château La Verrerie can disable the said identifiers.
In order to process his request, the Customer must communicate to Château La Verrerie his complete identity as well as his identifier (email address).
The Customer undertakes to fill out the order form taking care to give the necessary, complete and accurate information.
The Customer selects the type of tickets that he wishes to order by clicking on the “your ticket” tab and enters the number of Tickets. He may at any time check the selected Tickets by clicking on the “your selection” tab.
The amount of the Customer’s online order may not exceed €500.
Obtaining a voucher allowing free access or certain Tickets at a preferential price can only be made at Château La Verrerie’s cash desks, on presentation of documentary proof.
The Customer acknowledges having taken cognisance of the services, price reductions and, where appropriate, any free products or services he is able to claim for his visit (on the Website in the “Offers & Prices” section), it being specified that the services, price reductions or free services of products available on the Website may differ from the services, price reductions or free services of products that may be obtained by the Customer directly at the cash desk on the day of the visit.
Orders are subject to these GTC as well as to the General Terms and Conditions of use of the Website.
For safety reasons, the purchase of tickets does not guarantee access to Château La Verrerie in the event of large numbers of visitors that Château La Verrerie would be unable to receive due to a lack of capacity. In this case, the Ticket will remain usable if presented a second time by the Customer for all of the purchased services or may, at the Customer's choice, be immediately refunded at the Customer’s request, in accordance with Article 5.2.
3.2 – PROVISIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
By clicking on “Validate” at the end of the ordering process and by ticking the “I accept the GTC” box, the Customer states having read and accepted, unreservedly, all the GTC.
3.3 – PAYMENT METHODS
Online payment is made exclusively by Visa or MasterCard bank card or by PayPal.
After verification of the order and acceptance of the GTC according to the conditions referred to above, the Customer is redirected to a secure payment server on which he makes the online payment of the order by means of his bank card references, which includes the number, the expiry date and the cryptogram on the back of the card.
The amount of the order is debited from the Customer’s bank account on final validation of the transaction on the Website. Debit of the bank card is independent of printing of the Tickets.
The Website is protected by a security system.
Château La Verrerie guarantees that the encryption means and services used to secure the transactions have been authorised or declared in accordance with the legislation in force.
If payment is refused by the payment centre, the transaction is automatically cancelled. Any online purchase is firm and definitive. No cancellation or modification of the order by the Customer is possible once the payment has been confirmed.
